Reward Policy
P3 Safety LLC will provide a onetime $5 reward to a Good Samaritan or Law Enforcement Agency for each customer. After this payout, the customer will be responsible for arranging and sending a reward. Further, P3 Safety LLC is not responsible for any shipping fees or charges for the return of the item(s). It is the responsibility of the customer to reimburse or arrange for shipping of their personal property.
Conditions by which a Good Samaritan is eligible for a reward are:
- Found Items are returned to the owner within 90 days of the owner reporting a lost or missing item to P3Safety.
- Good Samaritans are eligible for only one reward from P3Safety.
- P3Safety will only pay one reward per unique Label ID number.
- P3Safety encourages but does not require customers to reward Good Samaritans who are not eligible for a reward from P3Safety.
- When P3Safety determines a Good Samaritan is eligible for a reward from P3Safety, the reward will be paid via check made out to the name provided via the Found Item Form and mailed to the address provided in the Found Item Form.
- P3Safety reserves the right to make all determinations regarding reward eligibility.
